HR Services Analyst - Generalist
Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a HR Services Analyst - Generalist.

We are currently looking for an HR Services Analyst - Generalist to join our HR Services team located at our Haina, Dominican Republic facility. This role supports HR operations across Caribbean businesses (Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico), delivering efficient and high-quality service across multiple HR disciplines. The position serves as a primary point of contact for employees, people leaders, and stakeholders, providing support through a ticket-based service delivery model. It ensures timely resolution of inquiries while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a strong customer experience.This role requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional with working knowledge of HR processes and systems across areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Work Administration, and HR contact center operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end activities within assigned HR service areas, ensuring compliance with work instructions, service levels, and quality standards.
- Handle employee and manager inquiries received via ticketing systems, phone, chat, or web, ensuring timely resolution aligned with service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TTR).
- Provide support across HR functions, including Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Work Administration, and employee records management.
- Research and resolve issues using systems, knowledge bases, and internal resources; escalate complex or sensitive cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation while ensuring data integrity across HR systems (e.g., SNOW, TalentHub, Kronos, HRMS, SPN).
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements clearly to internal stakeholders and, when needed, coordinate with external entities to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to resolve cases and enhance service delivery.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead or support assigned projects focused on process improvement and expansion of HR services.
- Contribute to knowledge management by creating and updating work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
- Support implementation of HR programs and initiatives as a first point of contact for employees.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Develop proficiency in HR systems, tools, and processes to effectively support operations.

Responsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS):
1. Execute 100% of monthly safety activities assigned, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.
2. Assist and completed all EHS training as required.
Qualifications:
Education Level Required:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related areas
Years and Area of Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of minimum experience in Human Resources positions.
- Experience to areas such as HR operations, shared services, generalist, compensation, benefits, recruitment, payroll, or HR systems support is preferred
- Experience participating in or leading process improvement or service expansion initiatives is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Work Administration) and labor laws.
- Bilingual proficiency of the Spanish/English languages, fluent conversation is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in HR systems or applications (e.g., Payroll, Time and Attendance, SAP SuccessFactors, SPN or equivalent) is an asset.
- Knowledge in project management and process improvement initiatives is desirable
