What you'll do:

Job Summary
This position is responsible to identify, develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies, for Eaton Tczew Campus facility, designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain key people while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives and action plans.

Job Responsibilities
- Develops and executes Human Resources strategy at Tczew Campus, with accordance to Eaton Mobility EMEA and Eaton corporate guidelines, as well as with Polish labor law requirements
- Is responsible for development and execution of the following HR processes: training, employee survey, employee staffing and recruitment, performance management, OCA, community involvement, communication, compensation&benefits, work practices and employer branding (as described in SIPOC tool).
- Drives improvements within processes mentioned above.
- Coordinates communication and negotiation events with the local trade Union
- Chempions implementation of Eaton Business System within workforce focus.
- Drives actions around employee engagement in continuous improvement. For this reason, works closely with production and semi-production staff.
- Maintains, develops and monitors plant systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements. / Assure compliance with EHS regulations, IATF 16494 & ISO 14001, Internal Control, SOX - HR administration requirements,
- Manages projects using A3, 8D, etc.methodology; takes active part in other continuous improvement events, like RIE, observation program, safety gemba walk, and others
- Drives I&D culture (I&D Leader)
- Drives, supports, coordinates change management projects in the plant (OCM Site Leader)
- In case of a crisis situation, plays a role of a spokesperson for Eaton Tczew plant (On site Communication Leader)
- Represents Eaton Tczew Legal Entities during governmental officials' inspections, like Labor Inspection (PIP), Social Security (ZUS).
- If necessary, conducts internal investigation per Code of Ethics, local employee Handbook and Polish Labor Law guidelines.
- Ensures workplace safety and compliance to all legal requirements.
- Develops and meets Profit Plan budget levels within department of responsibility
- Manages team of 5+ HR professionals
- Responsibility to assure full deployment of Eaton code of ethics within the plant. All employees must be trained in Code of Ethics and understand the process to elevate issues, especially those related to human rights, child labor, corruption, and anti-discrimination. Manager is responsible to conduct the investigation.
- Assure compliance with EHS regulations, IATF 16949 & ISO 14001
- Managing projects and active participation in projects processes.
- Participations in audits e.g. 5S, IATF 16949, ISO, LPA, observation of behaviors, other when required.
- Knowledge and interpretation of the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MESH, VDA 6.1, EQMS, and specific customer requirements within the scope of responsibilities.
- Implements other, not specified above, directions from supervisor indispensable for regular functioning of the department and company.

Qualifications:

Education level required
University Degree or above

Years and area of experience required
7-10 years progressive Human Resource experience with at least 3 years managing people;

Skills:

Technical knowledge
Fluency Polish and English. Any other European languages would be a plus.
