HR Life Cycle Services Associate Analyst

What you'll do:

This Associate Analyst role, based in Shenzhen under the HRS NAEA team, will play a critical part in delivering HR transactional services. The position will focus on end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes, supporting the complete employee life cycle from onboarding through to pension administration. By ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency across HR operations, the role will enhance the employee experience, provide reliable support to HRBPs and managers, and support strengthen overall business continuity and productivity.

" -Deliver personnel life cycle services including pre-onboarding, background verification, Day 1 activities, off-boarding, labor contract management, personnel file management, internal transfers, and retirement.
-Interact with HRBPs, employees, and managers to resolve queries and deliver timely, high-quality HR Services support.
-Collaborate across HR Services work streams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall HR targets.
-Responsible for maintaining system information, supporting online report generation, and managing payroll loader data maintenance.
-Provide end-to-end support for work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for locally hired foreign employees, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and seamless coordination throughout each stage.
-Provide comprehensive support for application processes in strict accordance with local regulations, including but not limited to special working hours, public rental housing applications, high-tech engineer qualification applications, etc.
- Coordinate insurance information with vendors and support routine expense reimbursement checks and renewals.
-Learn and apply CI tools to build a digital mindset, driving process efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Actively participate in internal and external projects, contributing to organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Human Resources is preferred.
"- Solid knowledge of HR functions, with a strong focus on labor law-related policies and compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years' working experience in HR functions."

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (including O365); strong written English skill is preferred.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and solution-focused approach to work.
- Solid process management capabilities; effective in time and priority management.
