What you'll do:
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the HR team in all activities related to HR and Internal Communication and execute I&D. Responsible for internal and external communication process for the organization supporting employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support organizational goals, culture, and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives.
Create and manage communication campaigns, materials, and content across multiple channels to increase employee awareness and engagement.
Ensure all organizational communications align with company branding standards and promote inclusive language and messaging.
Coordinate and support Inclusion & Diversity programs, events, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
Monitor and track I&D objectives, action plans, and key performance indicators to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.

Analyze employee feedback, survey results, and engagement data to identify opportunities for improving communication and inclusion efforts.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards on communication effectiveness and I&D program outcomes for leadership review.
Collaborate with Human Resources, business leaders, and employee resource groups to foster an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
Coordinate training, workshops, and awareness sessions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and effective communication practices.
Maintain documentation, records, and evidence required for audits, assessments, certifications, and compliance reviews related to communication and I&D.
Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans that facilitate employee understanding, adoption, and engagement.
Research industry trends and best practices in communications, inclusion, diversity, and employee experience to continuously improve organizational programs and processes.
Qualifications:
1. Education level required
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Psychology, Communication, Marketing or equivalent
2. Years and area of experience required
- 2+ years of experience in similar position
- Experience in HR in complex organizations or in greenfields (new location/operation/production plant) desirable
3. Technical knowledge
• Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office programs including Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Advance knowledge in graphic design programs or systems.
• Ability to record, produce and edit internal videos
• Knowledge in developing communication plans, campaigns and strategies
• Fluent in English at business level (speaking, reading and writing).
