Human Resources Generalist is pivotal in shaping the Turkey Commercial HR, driving talent management initiatives, and support change management across commercial team. You will foster a culture of innovation, ensuring our organization remains and maintain a strong forefront within current market.
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will collaborate with Zone HR to build organizational capabilities with a future state commercial outlook, leading the market in product specialties. Your role will be key in connecting and collaborating with the Ankara Operational site to ensure synergy across the country while leveraging best practices within the business.

What you'll do:

  • Locally enable according to local legal obligation and implement Turkey Commercial HR strategy
  • Enhance change management conditions to ensure smooth transitions and adoption across Commercial business aligned to Operational site at Ankara
  • Foster a culture of innovation by ensuring competencies and skills training are aligned to Sales and Marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the Ankara Operational site to ensure nationwide synergy
  • Leverage best practices across Ankara and Istanbul to optimize sales and operations growth
  • Enable and occasionally design/develop leadership alignment to support and drive cultural changes aligned to Zone and Segment strategy
  • Sponsor Inclusion & Diversity initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Support and align with the leaders in all matters related to people management to enable the business to operate effectively and ensure the timely identification of issues/trends and proposal of solutions
  • Develop and ensure full end to end alignment for employment, compensation, and skill development.
  • Advocate for and train managers on HR policies, practices and remain the custodian for knowledge share and information regarding Commercial and segment business
  • Understand and implement with priority CI initiatives and ensure CI is integrated with HR process aligned with EMEA business
  • Sponsor of cross-functional collaboration to enhance working conditions and contribute to HR and Commercial or functional projects
  • Understands the business strategies and identifies opportunities to improve organizational capability and operational efficiency to meet future state commercial growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, master is ideal
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR at an international company, ideally in a commercial organization
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of local labour law and change management
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR systems, practices. Ideally in SAP
  • Fluency in English and in Turkish
  • Full digital mindset with strong proficiency in Excel and ability to do presentations
  • People management experience
