What you'll do:

"Leads Electronic hardware team, complete new product hardware development, as well as existing product update. Guide and instruct hardware engineers select engineering techniques and benchmark to concept considerations and Solve technical problems, make design recommendations and optimize. Analyzes, guide and follow projects to complete within Schedule and Cost target. Performs complex assignments often requiring design of new or improved techniques /processes. Assist R&D Engineering Manage to manager team activities in further to ensure the projects are completed according to expectation in terms of quality, cost and schedule.

B. Instruct and guide other members of the team as needed to verify new design, update old product design as needs of manufacturer.

C. Provide engineering functions support of product marketing, manufacturing, and sales in line with company and product line objectives.

D. Review and analyze product configurations and components, design circuits, perform engineering calculations, and provide input to other departments including drafting, purchasing, and manufacturing team.

E. Perform all related tests according to function, EMC, environment and other standards, generate test system and plan, assure all design meet the marketing needs.

F. Responsible for related document and specification.

G. Maintain current knowledge/expertise of product engineering technologies, competitor capabilities, practices, market conditions, and channels.

H. Participate in customer project review/drawing approval meetings.

I: Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned.

J: Assist R&D Engineering Manager to hire and ensure appropriate training of the team members in order to fulfill project expectations and strategic objectives.

K: Motivate team members and assist R&D Engineering Manager in team members' performance management."

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc.
2.>7 years experience in Hardware development;
3.>5 years experience in leading engineer development and delivery in project;
4.Experience in Team management and project management prefered;"
5.VFD Motor control knowledge and experience
6.Experience in low-voltage power distribution and protection
7.Knowledge of design principles of industrial control systems and devices
8.Experience of power electronics, power supply design, digital and Analog circuitry."
9.Strong planning & communication ability
10.Good command of oral & written English
11.A good team player."
