Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Global Process Lead - Kinaxis CoE. If a candidate is based within 50 miles of an Eaton site this position will be a hybrid role. If candidate is not located within a 50 mile radius of an Eaton site, remote work will be considered.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $124000 - $182000 a year.

What you'll do:

Position Overview:
Eaton's Supply Chain Planning & Execution / Kinaxis CoE is seeking a Process Lead, to support post-deployment operations for Maestro, with a focus on demand planning workflows. This role will be instrumental in driving system stability, managing enhancement initiatives, and ensuring business alignment across Eaton's global operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Kinaxis, demand planning, and stakeholder engagement to support continuous improvement and adoption of enterprise planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Post-Deployment Strategy & Training Support
• Lead the development and execution of post-deployment support strategies including ongoing training, continuous process improvement, and user engagement. Proactively anticipate and resolve issues to ensure long-term success of Kinaxis demand planning capabilities.
Issue Tracking & Support Coordination
• Manage intake, triage, and resolution of system-related tickets for the CoE Demand Planning team. Collaborate with IT and business support teams to address bugs, integration challenges, and recurring issues. Maintain documentation of resolutions and reinforce training protocols to improve system literacy and reduce incident volume.
Enhancement Planning & Requirement Gathering
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with Eaton businesses to identify and evaluate enhancement opportunities. Translate business needs into functional specifications, secure necessary approvals, and prioritize enhancements based on impact and feasibility. Support testing and deployment of new capabilities into the production environment.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Coordinate post-deployment communications related to demand planning updates, including system changes, process refinements, and incident resolutions. Maintain the integrity of training documentation, issue release notes, and lead briefings to ensure business teams are informed and equipped. Foster strong engagement with planning stakeholders to support adoption and alignment.

Qualifications:

Basic Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 7 years in Supply Chain Planning or Operations Management (SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply & Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory management, Supplier Collaboration).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with or implementing advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro or O9 solutions.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Kinaxis certification a plus.

Position Criteria:
Kinaxis Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Kinaxis, specifically within demand planning workflows, post-deployment support, and system optimization.
Supply Chain & Demand Planning Knowledge: Strong understanding of forecasting processes, planning parameters, and SIOP frameworks in a global manufacturing environment.
Issue & Incident Management: Proven ability to manage system-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts across IT and business teams.
Enhancement Planning: Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, prioritizing enhancements, and supporting deployment of new capabilities.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to manage post-deployment updates, maintain training documentation, and engage planning stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment.
