Global Commercial Enablement Lead
Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Global Commercial Enablement Lead. This is a remote role from within the United States!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
The Global Commercial Enablement Lead serves as the business owner for the Filtration Division's Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Service, and IT teams to improve customer outcomes and drive scalable commercial execution. The role leads the identification, prioritization, and delivery of digital and process improvements, acting as the primary liaison between global business users and technology teams.
In addition, this role supports the deployment of a Lean Management System across global commercial teams, leading continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. The role reports to the Global Commercial Operations Leader and operates in a highly collaborative, global environment.
Essential Functions:
- Own the global Salesforce and CPQ program, serving as the primary liaison between commercial teams and IT which includes but is not limited to:
- Identify and document business requirements through interviews, process mapping, and observation
- Develop and deliver training, communications, and enablement materials to support user adoption
- Lead change management and user adoption activities to ensure sustained value realization from digital tools and process improvements
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
- Partner with technical teams to identify, prioritize, and deploy artificial intelligence-enabled (AI) capabilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within Quote-to-Cash processes using Lean methodologies
- Leverage Voice of Customer insights to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of standardized systems and documentation as a single source of truth
- Manage key global commercial programs, as applicable
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, sales, or customer support
- 3+ years of experience leading continuous improvement activities
- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce and Oracle CPQ
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now and in the future
- Must have a passport or able to obtain a passport for international travel (Up to 10% travel within country and internationally)
Preferred:
- Experience leveraging the change management methodologies such as ADKAR
- Experience using Lean/Six Sigma Tools
- Experience with Agile software development approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global, cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across teams without formal authority
- Experience supporting organizational change through communication, training, and reinforcement activities
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across global teams
- Demonstrates structured approach to problem solving in complex, ambiguous environments
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting commitments and deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
