About the Position
Golf Pride® Grips, #1 golf grip brand worldwide, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our fast-paced team, specializing in the design and development of golf grips. The successful candidate will assist in creating innovative and ergonomic golf grip designs that enhance performance and comfort. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a role in an exciting industry in a supportive and innovative environment.

This individual will be responsible for supporting and leading various tasks within the cycle of new product development, as well as contributing to continuous improvement efforts within our Design COE (Center of Excellence). The Design COE is a global team with members in three different locations around the world and this role will have a direct working relationship with them.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams ranging from Industrial Design to Project Engineering to Manufacturing/Production.

About the Role
The Global Brand Marketing Intern for Paid Media will support the development, execution, and evaluation of Golf Pride's global media strategy. This role provides hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, media planning, analytics, budgeting, and cross-functional marketing support. The intern will work closely with the Global Brand Manager for Paid Media as well as external media agency partners to help ensure programs are well-organized, data-driven, and effectively communicated across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and management of Golf Pride's paid media strategy and investment plans across digital performance marketing channels, endemic media partnerships, and content creator programs.

• Collaborate with our external media agency, to support media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting activities.
• Organize and track performance for multiple paid media campaigns.
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools planned for 2026.
• Assist in compiling insights and updates to be shared with cross-functional partners.
• Support commercial budget management activities, including processing purchase requisition forms, tracking expenses, and assisting with financial documentation related to media investment.
• Assist in planning and coordinating on-site events, agency visits, and other media or marketing activations.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, visits, and brand-related activities.
• Partner with internal teams to support broader marketing needs such as retail signage, in-store promotions, program planning, and marketing asset coordination.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, paid media, and brand strategy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general reporting tools is a plus.

Position Criteria:

• Domestic and International travel up to 10%
• Willing to relocate to Pinehurst, NC
