GHRSS Administrator (Customer Contact Center)

What you'll do:
Join Eaton's Global HR Shared Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners across the organization. This position provides end-to-end HR administrative and customer service support while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR Shared Services operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Global HR Services Administrator, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to employee and manager inquiries related to compensation, payroll, benefits, employee data, and company policies through phone and email channels.
- Validate HR transactions and employee data changes within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee records and HR data.
- Support reporting, data retrieval, and documentation management activities.
- Contribute to process documentation, standardization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR inquiries and cases.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR programs that enhance the employee experience.
- Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement aligned with Eaton's values and business objectives.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant HR, customer service, or shared services experience.
- Experience working with HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate various technology platforms, including HR systems, case management tools, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule and report onsite in Tanauan City, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).
