Field Service Technician
Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere. The Power Quality (PQ) division at Eaton Electrical provides power management solutions including uninterruptable power supplies (UPS's), surge protective devices, power distribution units (PDU's), remote monitoring, software, power factor correction, airflow management, rack enclosures and services. We strive for continued success in leveraging technical innovation to develop next-generation solutions.
We are looking for a Field Service Engineerbased in Melbourne, to install, test, commission, service, and repair UPS products and systems for critical power applications to specifications and customer requirements.
Not all electrical work carries the same weight.

The Work
- Service, test and commission UPS and critical power equipment
- Troubleshoot complex faults across electrical and electronic systems
- Support installation and upgrade projects
- Deliver high-quality reporting and technical support to customers
- Participate in an on-call roster supporting critical environments
What You Bring
- A Grade Electrical Licence
- Experience in field service, industrial electrical or similar environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work independently and build customer trust
- UPS or critical power experience is highly regarded
