Our Electrical Services organization in EMEA, covering 25 countries with 500+ employees, being a fast-growing business responsible of life cycle management of all of our Electrical products, systems and software portfolio. We are serving customers in Data Centers, Utilities & Energy, Industries, Buildings, Healthcare segments by providing installation, commissioning, warranty care, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting services, spare parts, equipment life extension, modernization and end of life services.

What you'll do:

Are you an engineering graduate ready to turn theory into real-world impact? We're looking for 5 motivated Engineers to join our Field Service Engineer Graduate Program: a structured 3-year journey designed to launch your career as a skilled Field Service Engineer, starting July/September 2026.

From day one, you'll learn on the job, working alongside experienced professionals and experts while providing solutions to our customers' power challenges. Throughout the program, you'll build strong technical expertise and practical experience across Eaton's power systems and services in a structures training and development curriculum:

- Year 1: you will participate in EMEA-based training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives, receiving extensive technical training on Eaton's electrical product portfolio and core safety procedures; while gaining insights into processes, back-office operations and ways of working
- Year 2: you will be learning on the job to gain deep knowledge focusing on a specific product line, build practical knowledge through structured shadow-work.
- Year 3: As a training Field Service Engineer, you will take on hands-on responibilities at customer and end-user sites, contributing across every stage of the power system: installation and commissioning of equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, conduct testing, modification, repair and replace electrical components, and provide end of life services.

Services support the full lifecycle of Eaton products and systems, helping extend equipment's lifetime and maximize performance while contributing to circular and green economy.

Throughout the program, you'll build a well-rounded engineering skill set, including:
- Strong grounding in safety standards and protocols
- Hands-on product and system training
- Exposure to low, medium, and high-voltage environments
- Understanding of commercial impact, customer needs, and service excellence

Qualifications:

  • Freshly graduated from Technical School / University with HND or a Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)

Skills:

  • Basics knowledge on Electrical Power Systems
  • English language - minimum B2
  • European drivers license is an advantage
