Field Sales & Technical Support

What you'll do:

  • Develop long-term relationships with channels to market, truck dealers and fleets ensuring Eaton are front of mind and the provider of choice
  • Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems utilising diagnostic skills and tools
  • Provide new product information and sales support to customers informing them about new product releases and technological developments
  • Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to increase sales of Eaton products & services
  • Function as a customer advocate bringing the VOC (voice of customer) to leadership and drive continuous improvement
  • Represent Eaton at trade shows, product launches, industry and customer events.

Qualifications:

  • Minium 5 years of mechanical or technical related experience in commercial vehicle
  • Sales experience within a mechanical or technical environment
  • CANBUS experience
  • Trade/technical qualifications within the heavy commercial vehicle industry considered a distinct advantage.
  • Heavy vehicle driver licence would be considered a bonus
