Field Product Marketing Manager - Nordics
What you'll do:
The Field Product Marketing Manager drives the local (geographical) product portfolio's life cycle in close collaboration with the Business Unit relevant product managers and the local Sales team. The Field Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the business management of the selected product portfolio in his/her geography, and for its commercial success.
The Field Product Marketing Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing local Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insights to support defining needs for new product development and portfolio adjustments; and to support the design of marketing campaigns. He/she also represent the company in local standards committees and coordinate certification of localized products.
The Field Product Marketing Manager is the go-to person and the expert in their product portfolio in the supported local sales organization(s), and the main internal and external communicator about the products, who is fully able to translate technical features into commercial messaging. This position is a part of the EMEA Field Product Marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect Voice of Customer (VoC), market and regulatory insights relevant to focus portfolio
- Market gap and product fit analysis
- Local geography product lifecycle management and market price positioning
- Tailor and deliver seller and partner enablement
- Support sales leadership with product outgrowth strategy
- Support demand generation marketing teams when localizing segment campaigns
- Represent Eaton on local standards committees and manufacturers' associations

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Bachelor's degree in technical studies or/and marketing
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/technical role in the Low voltage & Medium Voltage Power Distribution products
- An excellent understanding of the Nordics markets, channels and the related competitive landscape
- Advanced knowledge of Electrical products and Fundamentals of electricity (advanced knowledge in EN standards as well as Life Safety Codes is an advantage)
- Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing
Skills:
- Marketing skills: understanding of demand generation campaigns, digital marketing
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to be persuasive in front of own sales people, customers, partners, industry influencers, competitors, policymakers
- Be flexible on working arrangements - willingness to travel within the geographical scope frequently, EMEA infrequently
