Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Facility supervisor.

What you'll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
1. State the primary function or overall purpose of the position.
Responsible to achieve maximum performance of the equipment, preventing failures or breakages; keep
minimized maintenance costs and achieve synergy between departments and manufacturing facilities.
Ensure support of production through optimal maintenance of basic services easily, regarding equipment
and facilities.

workshop facilities on the ground, cleaning, lighting, maintenance of the physical plant and plant
emergency power.
2. Quote and generate purchase orders corresponding to the Facilities department projects; on
corrections or improvements to such facilities.
3. Manage documentation related to equipment maintenance.
4. Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment, shipping, office, cafe, living machinery, forklift
trucks and electric transportation used for different manufacturing functions.
5. Supervise the functions of external staff in charge of cleaning the manufacturing area. (Electro
limpieza)
6. Responsible fumigation processes in the plant
7. Provide support Cafeteria supplier for the maintenance of equipment (owned by CH) using such
supplier
8. Check that different areas have their signs in safety; which works together with Engineer
Manufacturing Engineer and EHS.
9. Responsible for the maintenance and support of the building, office areas and landscaping
10. Manage and support the work done by contractors performing work on electrical systems and
general building or areas of Eaton
11. Temporarily cover the Maintenance Supervisor in the event rental, licenses, among others. (For
plants and ICD MCCB these functions are the responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor).

Responsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS):
1. Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.
2. Assist to all EHS training assigned.
3. Promote and promulgate all MESH. Process and Policies to all the employees in MCB Haina Plant,
and ensure that they are being performed at the plant.
4. Train all employees under their supervision in their respective function JSA.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic or Electronic Mechanical Mínimo de tres 3 - 5
de experiencia en posiciones similares.
2. Bilingüe (Inglés/Español)
3. Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, AS400, MP2.
4. Maintenance Technical Knowledge and operation of electrical equipment, air conditioning systems
and maintenance of physical facilities (green areas), waste management, oil, etc.
5. Preferable 1 year of experience in manufacturing area, in order to get information about equipment
and operation.
6. Interpretation of designs.
7. SPC (Statistical Process Control)

6.1 Managerial / Supervisory Responsibilities: For the positions that report to you, give a brief

Facilities Coordinator: Responsible for coordinating the work for the operation and
maintenance of facilities / buildings of the company, both internal and external
Facilities Technician: Responsible for the maintenance of air conditioning systems,
electrical, air compression and related electricity supply plant equipment.

Problems with the delivery time of work performed by contractors.
Maintain a constant track purchase orders issued by the service department.
Problem with paying suppliers.
Damage to equipment failure to perform proper operation thereof.

Cleaning staff facilities (Electrolimpieza).
Cleaning staff of PIISA.

accomplish.
Reducing the cost of electricity.
Optimatitación de la weatherization manufacturing área.
Steady reduction in the loss of compressed air.
Reduction wáter consume.
