What you'll do:

Responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure, equipment, and utilities of the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and reliably.
• Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and breakdowns promptly.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Design specification for facility or utility building project.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure facility readiness and support manufacturing needs.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Above 3 years facility.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with utility power system design,Autocad,MS Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.
• Able to work under pressure and eager to learn.
• Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization.
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
