What you'll do:
Understanding on Solar panels and technologies, Basic solar plant working principle. (Installation and commissioning knowledge would be added advantage)
Solar market research, market analysis, solar industry trends, PV technologies trends, metal price trends, opportunities, and customer pain points
Feasibility studies for ground mounted, Carport and roof mounted solar PV projects
Understanding Solar plant sizing, generation, Carbon reduction, renewable energy certificate, offsets
Project BoM preparation, techno - commercial evaluation, site installation presentations
Communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors throughout project development and implementation.
Create and maintain documentation, traceability, SOW, compliance, project tracking, procedures, ISO documents etc.
Due diligence - technical, compliance, minimum installation requirements
Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
Technical support and management of internal Solar project development programs and initiatives
Experience in providing technical support energy-related projects with accountability for project performance and design
Trained for Solar installation - Groundmount, Rooftop, Carport etc.
Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
Familiarity with construction costs, schedules, and WBS project accounting
Knowledge of electrical and structural design components

Experience with medium voltage power electronics
Work closely with Sales and Engineering for battery storage, microgrid & EV chargers installation system
Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
Overseeing construction engineering processes.
Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
Maintain project trackers and project updates for fortnighly review with management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with 3 - 4 years experience in the relevant field of specialization.
Skills:
Presentable, Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Basic Computer Knowledge in M. S. Word + Excel + Power point.
Availability to visit the construction site outside of business hours as per project requirement
Flexible to work as per EMEA and US work timings.
