What you'll do:

Responsible for the overall technical coordination and execution of ETO orders, with a focus on engineering data visualization, technical task allocation, and complex design problem-solving. This role drives cross-functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to enhance engineering responsiveness and project delivery performance.

• Drive the digitalization of engineering data, including structured data collection, advanced analytics, and visualization applications to support data-driven decision-making and continuous operational optimization.
• Coordinate the application and optimization of engineering digital tools, promoting data standardization and process standardization to enhance overall engineering digital management capabilities.
• Manage and coordinate the execution of ETO orders within the engineering function, including task allocation and cross-functional resource alignment to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues, providing critical technical support for design and engineering execution and ensuring effective issue closure.
• Continuously optimize engineering processes and design quality management systems, improving design output quality and execution efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department, and support audits, customer communication, and various engineering-related management activities.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical or Automation
• 10 years practical experience in comparable positions, mini 5 year's management experience.
• Familiar in the related GB or IEC standards and design program, Strong technical skills, In depth knowledge of electrical power systems. In depth product knowledge of assembly and components. Fluent writing & spoken in English.
