EHS Engineer

What you'll do:
Responsible for the safety management and occupational health management of the site, mainly including hazard identification, system management, internal and external communication, etc.
- Maintain the EHS system in compliance with internal and external requirements, such as ISO45001/ISO14001/ISO50001/Safety Production Standardization/EATON MESH;
- Identify and prevent workshop safety risks, supervise the improvement of employee safety behavior norms and the implementation of corrective measures;
- Organize and deploy on-site EHS activities, collaborate with cross functional teams, and promote the improvement of on-site EHS culture;
- Continuously identify and assess EHS risks, develop action plans, drive cross functional teams and element experts to complete action plans on time, and reduce/eliminate EHS risks;
- EHS training deployment, encouraging employees to participate in EHS activities;
- Investigate the incident, determine the root cause, and track corrective action plans;
- Identify and collect new regulations that affect our business, develop procedures to ensure compliance;
- Emergency response plans that may have adverse effects on the environment, employees, or community;
- Regularly record, analyze, and report EHS data to Site&Corp EHS;
- Deploy and follow up on special projects assigned by Site&Corp EHS;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in safety management or engineering.
- Certified Safety Engineer (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and implement practical solutions.
