Early Talent Engineering Program - Embedded Systems Engineer

"The program will start with the role of Embedded Systems Engineer in Arendal, Norway, in the GEIS (Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions) division of the company in September 2026. Our state-of the-art facility in Norway features sustainable materials and future-proof energy-efficient technologies such as 3-layer thermos glass, geothermal heating/cooling pumps, ventilation and LED lighting. You will join the team a contribute to the growing demand for our world-leading HERNIS™ CCTV product line.

The second year of the program will take place in another EMEA country within one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development, software engineering. Potential locations for the second-year assignment include Ireland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic or Finland"

Qualifications:

Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (electrical/electronic engineering, power electronics, system engineering) with a graduation date no later than August 2026
You have max. 1-3 years of professional experience (including any internships) ideally with embedded systems
