Distribution Sales Manager - KSA & Bahrain

What you'll do:
The Distribution Sales Manager - KSA & Bahrain is responsible for leading Eaton's distribution strategy, managing key accounts, and driving business growth across the region. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and developing the distribution network in alignment with Eaton's strategic and financial goals.With a strong background in electrical distribution sales, particularly within the Saudi market, the manager will lead local sales activities, drive channel development, and ensure operational excellence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strategic Market Leadership
-Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy aligned with Eaton's regional growth objectives.
-Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
-Lead strategic planning initiatives to position Eaton as a market leader in the IEC electrical distribution space.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders.
-Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Eaton's solutions accordingly.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and support.
Partner Enablement & Channel Development
-Strengthen Eaton's distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic partners.
-Support the team in mapping each client/OEM/panel bulider and Re-seller to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization
-Provide training, tools, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support Eaton products.
-Collaborate with partners on joint business planning, marketing initiatives, and performance reviews.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
-Drive sales performance to meet and exceed country targets.
-Lead forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity management processes.
-Monitor sales metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with project sales, marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
-Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across functions to enhance execution and customer experience.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
-Optimize inventory and stock management in coordination with partners to ensure wide product availability .
-Lead digital transformation initiatives including e-commerce platforms, order center tools, and reward programs.
-Promote continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and partners engagement.
Leadership & Strategic Representation
-Represent Eaton in industry forums, trade events, and strategic customer meetings.
-Serve as the face of Eaton's distribution business in KSA & Bahrain, reinforcing brand presence and thought leadership.
-Provide regional insights and feedback to global teams to influence product development and strategic direction.
-Define and implement the strategy for developing the distribution sales for Eaton in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
-Personally, demonstrates the Eaton Values & Philosophies, and Eaton's high ethical standards
Qualifications:
BSc Degree in Electrical engineering
12-15 years electrical engineering sales experience, preferably in Riyadh / KSA
Skills:
LV power and control products
Electrical distribution business specially IEC"
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge in digital tools and platforms for distribution management.
• Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required
