What you'll do:

The Distribution Sales Manager - KSA & Bahrain is responsible for leading Eaton's distribution strategy, managing key accounts, and driving business growth across the region. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and developing the distribution network in alignment with Eaton's strategic and financial goals. With a strong background in electrical distribution sales, particularly within the Saudi market, the manager will lead local sales activities, drive channel development, and ensure operational excellence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy aligned with Eaton's regional growth objectives.
-Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
-Lead strategic planning initiatives to position Eaton as a market leader in the IEC electrical distribution space.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders.

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 12+ years of electrical sales experience, preferably in Riyadh/KSA

• Experience with LV power and control products
• Experience with Electrical distribution business, especially IEC
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge in digital tools and platforms for distribution management
• Fluency in both spoken & written English is required, and ability to use Arabic in a professional capacity is preferred
