Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Digital Improvement Developer (Power Platform).

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

What you'll do:

The Digital Improvement Developer (Power Platform) will be part of the Critical Power Solutions Operational Excellence team contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital capabilities and processes. The selected candidate will leverage their knowledge and skills of the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate Solutions) as well as minimal PowerBI development that directly support Power App & Automate initiatives. This role will plan & implement low-code (Citizen Developer) solutions that will improve the efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction of our service delivery. This role will collaborate with the business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors to understand the business needs, analyze the data, and design process-driven solutions that meet business requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze business requirements and processes, and translate them into user stories, wireframes, and specifications for Low-Code Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Power Apps (model driven and canvas) and Power Automate flows that automate workflows, streamline data collection, and provide insights and analytics.
  • Design and maintain low code AI proof of concept solutions with Copilot Studio.
  • Intake, prioritize, resolve & communicate system issues.
  • Provide training, onboarding and change management to end users and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain documentation for all solutions including functional and design specifications, process flow charts, etc.
  • Collaborate with the IT partners and external vendors to integrate the solutions with other systems and platforms and leverage the existing data sources and services.
  • Participate in weekly project updates and backlog reviews.
  • Participate in Business Process Improvement (BPI) Initiatives to identify opportunities that the Power Platform can solve.
  • Follow application lifecycle management best practices and suggest improvements to internal processes.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years of data management experience developing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration
  • Experience with SAP, PowerBI, Copilot Studio and advanced Microsoft skills.
  • Proven track record of process improvement
