Position Overview:
Die Setters will be responsible for setting up progressive dies ranging from 30Ton to 400Ton into straight side stamping press. Perform necessary die adjustments and quality checks during production.
In this role you will:
• Set up and operate punch press ranging from 30Ton to 400Ton and all auxiliary equipment
• Have an understanding of die sensors, PLEX and Smartpac technology
• Work close with Quality department and toolroom
• Must be able to understand basic blueprints
• Forklift certified or ability to be certified
• Perform 5s
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of die setter/progressive die set up experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification or degree from an accredited institution in progressive die set up
• 5 years of die setter/progressive die experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Skills:
Position Criteria:
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Team oriented
