We are looking for a Demand Planner for EMEA region to join our central Demand Planning team, with focus on Switchgears & Transformers.
Reporting directly to the Demand Manager ES EMEA, this role is responsible for managing and delivering an accurate network demand plan across multiple country sales organizations within the region.
You will work closely with Product Line Managers (PLMs), Sales teams, Finance, and the wider SIOP / end-to-end planning network, playing a key role in translating market intelligence and commercial inputs into reliable demand plans across a 3-24 month planning horizon at product group and SKU level.
This is a highly collaborative role with strong regional exposure, requiring analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related planning role
- Fluent written and spoken English is required, due to regular collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Experience working in regional or matrix environments is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, S&OP / SIOP, and Supply Chain Management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, analytics tools, BI and reporting
- Confident working with data, forecasts, and scenario analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Process-focused, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable driving change and continuous improvement
- Collaborative team player with coaching and thought-leadership capability
