Data & Configuration Senior Analyst

The Data & Configuration Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining all product-related data within the organization's ERP and PLM systems, and supporting leadership in program execution. This role ensures the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs), controls engineering changes, supports production teams, and leads data transfer or migration activities. You will act as a key interface between data management, engineering, production, and supply chain ensuring data integrity and smooth configuration processes throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do:

Data Management & Configuration activities

• Provide senior-level functional guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Support and lead cross-functional activities (data preparation, data transfer, reporting, problem-solving).
• Manage and control SAP parameters during data migration to ensure data integrity and prevent any loss of information.
• Manage product master data and BOMs (ENOVIA/SAP) and collaborate with key teams during new product introductions, driving data quality and KPI improvements.
• Oversee change control and ECR processes, ensuring timely and accurate lifecycle updates.
• Maintain configuration rules and version control to keep design and production fully aligned.

• Act as a technical expert and primary lead ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide SAP user support, manage updates and testing, and assist manufacturing with product data, BOM issues, and configuration alignment.
• Support manufacturing by resolving product data and BOM discrepancies and ensuring configuration aligns with shop-floor needs.

• Improve and digitalize processes, tools, and data flows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Strengthen workflows, data governance, and change control across the organization.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, studies in Engineering are preferred.
• 5 plus years of relevant work experience with product data management, configuration management, or master data roles.
• Strong expertise of SAP settings & transactions. Enovia knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with data transfers.
• Leadership & accountability.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• High ability to synthesize information, build reports, and present recommendations
• Professional communication in English, other EU langauges are welcomed.
• Able to work and travel within EU without any restrictions.
