Data Analyst

What you'll do:
• 利用SWP等数字化平台, 进行相关数据获取、清洗、分析与基础洞察输出, 结合当前阶段业务目标与现状协助业务相关同事/部门, 分析问题的内在原因, 协助团队制定改进方案, 跟踪执行改进方案, 帮助持续改善业务表现。
• 协助销售部门完成销售业务日常工作支持。
本岗位的主要职责包括:
• 业务数据从提取到分析, 交付与当前业务目标契合的、清晰的分析结果
• 跨部门沟通协调, 处理日常业务工作, 支持业务健康增长
核心职责
• 从公司多个业务系统中提取数据 (SAP&CRM&EXCEL等) , 整合校验数据, 确保数据的准确、完整性、可追溯
• 开展描述性和基础诊断分析 (拆解、对比、趋势) 并将业务问题转化为结构化的分析方法、指标和假设
• 向非技术业务人员清晰说明分析逻辑与结论, 确保与业务方向相符
• 支持跨部门的定期报表和临时分析需求；及时交付-为业务会议、业务评审、决策讨论提供严谨的数据支撑
• 全国商机日常管理及持续优化
• 渠道业务管理, 销售业务核验等
Qualifications:
• 数据分析、统计、商业、工程、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 1-4 年数据分析、报表或业务分析相关经验
• 熟练使用数据提取和分析工具 (如 SQL、Excel、Power BI 或同类工具)
• 具备扎实的数据准确性、校验能力以及基础分析方法知识
• 能够将数据分析结果清晰地传达给业务人员
• 高度关注细节, 具备严谨性和逻辑性
• 英语和中文流利
优先条件
• 有制造业或工业环境中商业、运营或供应链分析经验
