Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton's largest office in the region. Eaton Business Service Center is currently looking for a Customer Support Representative (Spanish Speaker) to join the team in Budapest, Hungary.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Support Representative (Spanish Speaker), you will provide commercial support for a portfolio of project-based customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers through email, phone, chat, and our case-management tools to ensure excellent service and smooth order execution.

  • Managing customer and internal inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Processing orders (entry, price verification, and clearing) in line with Eaton policies.
  • Handling complaints and following through to resolution.
  • Coordinating delivery and billing across multiple product lines and project orders.
  • Supporting pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration request, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration.
  • Solving issues by applying established processes and engaging with internal teams proactively.
  • Fosters an environment which promotes Eaton's goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA)
  • 1-3 years experience in customer support or similar role

Skills:

  • English and Spanish at minimum B2 level
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or a case-management tool (an advantage)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, punctuality
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a team
