CPS Sales Representative

What you'll do:

  • To drive sales activities and growth initiatives focused on CPS(Critical Power Solutions) Korea market, leveraging the local CPS team to build a robust project pipeline and meet sales objectives for the territory.
  • Support Korea CPS Sales team and prepare quotations, lead commercial negotiations with customers in the territory. Understand the competitive environment and leverage that knowledge to position our bid appropriately in the marketplace.
  • Own the sales objective and growth targets for the territory, making adjustments to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Responsible for promotions, channel programs, association networking and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales. Coordinate Eaton's response to commercial issues and lead activities to ensure prompt response.
  • Support the goals/objectives of the Korea team, by maximizing coverage and relationships with Korea based Data centers
  • Provide system design assistance and application support to projects, consulting engineers and channel partners in Korea. Design assistance includes product selection, layout, competitive comparison, elevation drawings, configuration, etc.
  • Deliver training programs to customers on advanced topics including safety, reliability and product technology that differentiates Eaton in the marketplace.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide input to product management in an effort to improve product acceptance in the marketplace and drive roadmap development.
  • Work with Marketing team to identify new opportunities and be a key contributor to the commercial strategy development.
  • Provide management support as required, leveraging local and regional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, A Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years field sales or product line marketing/manufacturing experience is recommended.
  • Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
  • 5+ years related experiences in sales or related role within the industry
  • Knowledge of Power Quality products and applications, especially Data Center Sales
  • Knowledge of Codes and Standards
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Initiative and positive
  • Work under pressure
