We are currently seeking a Country Services Manager to lead our Services business in Belgium.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the Services P&L, ensuring delivery against agreed financial targets while driving sustainable growth across Eaton's installed base. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the country service strategy, identifying new opportunities, and actively building the service sales funnel.

Acting as the key interface between local sales teams, EMEA Service Product Management, and Centres of Competence, you will ensure that the best solutions are consistently delivered to customers. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business priorities with operational capabilities, overseeing end-to-end service performance and acting as the key decision-maker in balancing commercial objectives with operational constraints.

As the country service leader, you will provide functional leadership to local operations teams and collaborate closely with cluster operations management to ensure the right balance between resource allocation, operational alignment, and business growth.

The role is opened for our office location in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium.
Travel rate is up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Financial Ownership

  • Contribute to the cluster and country service strategy, ensuring growth and profitability aligned with Eaton's overall objectives
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs, aligning local opportunities with the EMEA service sales strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local sales teams
  • Strengthen engagement with key accounts to expand market presence and long-term service opportunities
  • Develop and manage the Authorized Service Partner network, ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth
  • Own the Service P&L, ensuring profitability is achieved and aligned with the annual Profit Plan
  • Continuously monitor and optimise the cost structure, balancing organisational efficiency with business growth

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Lead and support commercial negotiations, securing contracts and long-term agreements
  • Collaborate with sales teams across the organisation to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Initiate and drive customer-focused sales campaigns and marketing activities to strengthen market position
  • Identify and develop new service offerings, bringing them successfully to market
  • Foster internal collaboration to drive cross-selling and synergy opportunities across business units
  • Contribute to the cluster service strategy, working closely with the cluster leadership team

Leadership

  • Act as a role model, demonstrating Eaton's ethical standards and leadership behaviours
  • Lead and develop the services team, building capability, engagement, and performance
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in Engineering or Business
  • Proven experience in a general management role, including full P&L ownership
  • Demonstrated experience leading service operations alongside commercial and sales activities
  • Background in Electrical Services (e.g. Power Quality/UPS, Power Distribution - LV/MV, or Life Safety solutions) is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international environment
  • Strong financial, commercial, and strategic acumen
  • Excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to balance hands-on execution and strategic vision
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken)
