What you'll do:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with the businesses to support their success. They ensure and produce comprehensive HR services for the site in collaboration with the Finnish HR team, HR Services and the COEs. This role will play an important role in continuous improvement within the HR team and the site operations, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and objectives.
- Local HR partner for the businesses, work with the organisation to build the people agenda and deliver the business outcomes.
- Deploy HR programs locally.
- Provide active partnering and support to enable the business unit to operate effectively and ensure the timely identification of issues/trends and the presentation of solutions.
- Work with the business to manage local needs of the performance management process including objective setting, development planning and calibration.
- Identify training & development needs and programs with a view to enhance culture, productivity, building internal capabilities and quality.
- Coach managers in solving difficult cases
- Drive the engagement and wellbeing of the employees and develop the employee experience based on relevant data
- Drive locally the talent agenda through identification of talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching, and development planning within the businesses + succession planning
- Support workforce management and coach managers in planning the staffing needs
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery
- Acts as change agent and role model for change. Supports managers and leaders of people in driving the culture change to align the organization with the strategy
- Collaborate with business to drive OpA actions towards a modelling site
- Build/manage a business relationship with employee reps and be compliant to labour law at all times
- Drive HR transformation in alignment with the Nordics HR Leader and support planned actions to transfer transactional tasks from local HR to the HR Services

Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a suitable field
- Legal and labor law knowledge is mandatory
- 5+ years of business partnering experience
- Fluent in English and Finnish
- Experience of HR function in a manufacturing environment is a plus
