What you'll do:

• Maintain high effective and efficient support services to both customers and agents on Order Entry and as Customer Interface on Order Executions.
• Coordinate with Sales Team, Marketing/Product Team and Operations Planner to support the fulfillment of customer orders.
• Provide timely response, information or feedback to requests in relation to customer orders.
• Be responsible for quotation, commercial bidding, and related LOA process
• Build and lead a customer service team.

• Bachelor's degree, major in commercial or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Working experience in marketing of electrical business is preferred.
• Proactive to solve problem and willing to take responsibility.
• Work both independently but also a good team player, work under pressures.
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• MS Office PC skills.
• Quick learner and creative thinker and have a passion for marketing.
• Electrical product, market, and channel knowledge a big plus.
