What you'll do:

Responsible for executing procurement, tendering, and price negotiation processes for engineering projects and equipment in accordance with internal requirements. Assist requesting departments with contract preparation and signing, and ensure timely delivery through effective schedule tracking.

"1. Supplier Development and Management: Base on the SOW (Scpoe of Work) provided by users, identify, evaluate, and establish a list of qualified suppliers; conduct regular performance assessments.
2. Procurement Strategy Planning: Develop procurement plans based on project requirements from users, to ensure achievement of schedule and cost objectives.
3. Contract support for user: Contract follow up to secure favorable terms, ensuring company interests and risk control base on users' decision.
4. Project Collaboration: Work closely with users, finance, and other departments to ensure procurement items meet project schedules and support technical requirements.
5. Supply Chain Management: Help to track material delivery schedules by user request and ensure supply stability.
6. Cost Optimization: Continuously seek cost reduction opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency.
7. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, material developments, and new technologies to provide decision-making support.
8. Based on user's SOW, assist in ensuring that project contracting and operations comply with company guidelines and relevant regulations. (ESSP/E-building)
9. Conduct all subsequent discussions and contracting work in conjunction with user, Asia Pacific, and global SCM for capital project ."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above
3~4 years related area in manufacturing sector

Skills:

"1. Possess an engineering-related degree (such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil engineering, etc.) or an equivalent professional background
2. Familiar with the specifications and applications of engineering materials, equipment, and components
3. Understand engineering project processes, technical standards, and acceptance criteria
4. Proficient in procurement processes, contract management, tendering, and negotiation skills
5. Able to read and understand engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications
6. Capable of supplier evaluation, selection, and management
7. Familiar with ERP systems (SAP), and other enterprise resource planning systems
8. Skilled in cost analysis, quotation review, and budget control
9. Knowledgeable about relevant regulations (such as procurement law, occupational safety, environmental protection, etc.) and contract terms
10. Possess risk assessment and management capabilities"

4.Excellent initiative, ability to work independently and within short timeline and flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization
5. Good time management and multitasking skills.
