Job Summary

The Business Strategy & Growth Acceleration Manager - LATAM is a strategic and execution-oriented role responsible for driving the region's most critical growth initiatives. Acting as the strategic hub for Latin America, this role integrates market intelligence, competitive insights, commercial analysis, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate revenue, strengthen competitiveness, and enable disciplined execution across the region.

This position connects directly to LATAM's 2026 ambition to pivot from planning to execution, anchored in the pillars of People, Process, and Tools and in the strategic imperatives highlighted in LATAM 2026 and Beyond - customer-centricity, portfolio focus, commercial discipline, and operational excellence.

• Identify, size, and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing market dynamics, customer trends, technology shifts, competitor activity, and emerging growth pockets across LATAM.

• Translate insights into concrete growth pathways for the region, supporting strategic choices aligned with LATAM's 2026 ambitions.

• Develop business cases for new markets, new offerings, go-to-market models, localization opportunities, partnerships, and potential M&A moves.

2. Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights

• Lead regional market intelligence efforts, consolidating and interpreting market size, demand signals, customer behavior trends, and economic indicators.

• Conduct continuous competitor monitoring, including market share evolution, pricing strategies, product moves, channel presence, investments, and technological differentiators.

• Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on market and competitor insights to strengthen Eaton's competitive positioning and support faster decision-making.

• Maintain a structured intelligence repository to support Strategic Plan development, Quarterly Business Reviews, and regional leadership forums.

3. Commercial Performance & Predictive Insights

• Analyze revenue, margin, pricing, mix, forecast trends, and customer performance to uncover opportunities to accelerate commercial results.

• Improve forecast accuracy by integrating external market signals, competitor activity, and pipeline behavior into proactive recommendations.

• Provide early-warning signals and identify growth accelerators to guide Sales, Marketing, Product Line and leadership teams.

4. Strategic Planning & Regional Alignment

• Lead the consolidation, synthesis, and articulation of the LATAM Strategic Plan, ensuring regional focus is aligned with country action plans, customer insights, and market trends.

• Translate complex data and market input into strategic scenarios and recommendations that support regional prioritization and resource allocation.

• Facilitate alignment between functions and countries to ensure consistency and clarity in the region's strategic narrative.

5. Execution Leadership & Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Act as the execution engine for strategic initiatives, ensuring discipline, clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.

• Bring together Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to accelerate decisions and remove execution bottlenecks.

• Establish governance routines and execution rhythms (People - Process - Tools) that reinforce the region's shift toward operational rigor and customer-centric growth.

6. Executive Storytelling & Leadership Influence

• Transform data, insights, and analysis into concise, compelling narratives for senior leaders - enabling faster, better, fact-based decision-making.

• Prepare executive presentations, frameworks, dashboards, and strategy materials for regional and global leadership.

• Build and maintain market & competitive dashboards (Power BI, competitor scorecards, opportunity heatmaps) to strengthen visibility and adoption of insights.

Qualifications:

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related areas;

• Relevant experience in Strategy, Market Intelligence, Planning, Marketing Strategy, or related fields

• Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, financial modeling, and executive storytelling

• Proven experience in multinational environments

• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools

Desirable
• MBA

• Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional initiatives
