What you'll do:

The BPO is part of the ES-EMEA Digital Tools team. He/she supports mulitple OC and SAP projects, part of E2E testing, drive EMEA core solutions in all EMEA sites.
Analyse new requirements, support core processes, create impact analysis, share results to sales organizations. He/She will work closely with business and IT for improving the various systems that hosts products, CMD and price data calls, including doing User Acceptance Testing.

Ensure effective application for internal, remote teams and customers. Contribute to process efficiency and improvement actions.
Supports aligment on CORE ERP (SAP), support QTC processes and support E-commerce (Order Center and API).

- Participate in SAP or E-commerce (Order Center, API) IT project implementations, testing events and go live support
- Create and maintain updated OC/QTC process documentation and training, drive CORE SAP QTC processes
- Recommend and participate in change management activities acting as a change agent
- Have a continuous focus of process efficiency
- Drives As-Is analysis, identify process and system implementation requirements, compare with best practice and support implementation activities with domain responsibility
- Review solution plans, confirm capabilities, priorities and or gaps and align solution cross local organizations
- Secure alignment between processes and company policies
- Train regularly users on process evolutions
- Make sure procedures are well understood by business and respected by the QTC community
- Represent the "QTC" in transverse project with business units and Order Center governance call
- The Business Process Owner has a deep understanding / expertise of business operations within their designated area of responsibility and applies that knowledge to process improvement and application designs and implementation activities
- Work with multiple stakeholders to confirm system functionality and data
- E-commerce support for Order Center in daily operation, support OC deployments
- API: Support onboarding process with business and coordinate communication to IT
- Ensure link with IT teams to resolve complex problem, test, create scenarios and validate enhancements (features & processes)
- Support ERP enhancement prioritization based on team requirements and benefits
- Manage interractions, questions from CSR using SAP with Business units

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree
1-3 years of experience, exposure to sales operations (process, supply chain understanding)

Skills:

  • ERP (SAP) tactical knowledge and experience
  • eCommerce knowledge (Order Center, API)
  • QTC - Order management processes knwoledge as well as understanding of supply chain operations
  • Fluent English
  • Team player
  • Agile project methodolofy
  • Experience communicating with senior business and IT leaders
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts to train and gather efficient usage of Sales tools
  • Analytics skills
  • Change management
