Data Centers are at the core of digital transformation and AI acceleration. As energy demand grows and sustainability becomes critical, Eaton is accelerating its development in the White Space segment-where IT meets infrastructure.

This role plays a strategic part in expanding Eaton's footprint across the Northern Region.

What you'll do:

As Business Development Manager White Space, you will:

  • Develop sales of Eaton's EMEA White Space portfolio (Rack PDUs, IT racks, IT connectivity - fiber & copper, KVMs, ATS, software...).
  • Manage a portfolio of key Data Center accounts across the Northern Region and a dedicated geographical territory.
  • Promote Eaton White Space solutions to end-users, consultants, integrators, VARs, channel partners and Eaton salesforces.
  • Identify and optimize route-to-market strategies in alignment with Eaton's sales organisations.
  • Support recruitment and engagement of new Data Center integrators to strengthen the ecosystem.
  • Use Eaton CRM to identify opportunities, engage decision makers and coordinate pipeline review with Country Sales Organizations.
  • Lead customer project coordination (selection with Pre-Sales & PM, tenders, quotations, project deployment follow-up).
  • Provide win/loss analysis, market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to product and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree preferred (or strong technical credibility in IT / electrical / telecom).
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within IT, Telecom, or Data Center industries.
  • Solid understanding of White Space applications (racks, connectivity, rack PDUs, ATS, monitoring/software).
  • Experience with multi-country / matrix organizations appreciated.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, autonomous working style, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Business-level English required.
