Job summary

The COE Early Talent Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with meaningful work based experience while supporting the delivery of business services across the Center of Excellence (COE). Participants will have the opportunity to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills through real world projects, cross functional collaboration, and exposure to a global business environment. This program serves as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice, helping participants build a strong foundation for future career growth.

The COE Assistant (Trainee) role is part of the SCM Early Talent Program, participants will support operational and project-related activities, gain exposure to key business processes, and work closely with experienced professionals while developing the skills needed for a successful career within a global organization.


Job responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and projects within assigned COE functions, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or other business areas.

2. ERP Experience: Mapics, SAP, Oracle, MS Office advanced level, Kinaxis, Vista- Prefered
