Associate Buyer

Eaton's IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Associate Buyer.

What you'll do:

Job Summary
Responsible of PO Management ( On Time Delivery), Negociatons, escalations

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to contribute and make purchases of items in local and international market.
• Responsible for data entry of local and international purchase orders
• Responsible for daily sent all orders to each provider, track it and confirm receipt in our facility and delivered to the applicant.
• Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery
• Monitoring of requisitions made daily in local system, to follow the reuirements of different departments.
• Control inventory of direct and indirect matetials.
• Support the accounts payable department in the process of closing orders and bill payment.
• Responsible for realeasing invoices in hold .
• Responsible for sourcing and negociation of current and new materials.

Qualifications:

Education level required

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar careers.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Statistical knowledge for metric calculation.

Years and area of experience required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar areas.

Technical knowledge

• PC knowledge, Microsoft Office, AS400, Windows.
• ERP SAP
