Associate Analyst.Materials

What you'll do:

"The primary function of the Inventory Analyst role is to work on developing various Analysis & reports across Inventory and SCM domains.
Supporting on various ongoing projects related to Inventory Management & Analytics including Inventory Reduction/E&O Analysis/Liquidation, Lead time verification & ERP health initiatives"

"Inventory Management Roles & Responsibility
- To prepare various reports/activities for SCM & materials management Function.
- Support and enhance the Inventory Management, and Materials systems process to meet the global and regional team's daily, weekly and monthly reporting timelines.
- Should be able to drive Inventory reduction projects by working closely with buyers / Planners in GSC COE & business by effectively utilising Inventory profile, Water tank, Swapping tool & other advanced Inventory modelling & Analytics tools.
- Should be able to set up process & define criterias around modelling Inventory with Entitlement, Calssification (ABC/XYZ) approaches
- Working Knowledge any of the ERP Systems preferably MFG Pro & BI tool like Qlikview.
- Updating metrics on monthly basis
- Understand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on adhoc requests.
- Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position & Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
- Good MS office & Advance Excel knowledge would be an added advantage"

Qualifications:

Graduate /Post Graduate with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience related to Inventory Management, Material Planning & supply chain management in global environments
2 to 5

Skills:

Inventory Analytics with MTO/MTS,ABC/XYZ Classification, Parameters review, understanding of MRP ,ERP- MFG PRO/Oracle (Knowledge of Power BI & Advance Excel will be an added advantage)
