B. Improves formalised standards and procedures in using new technologies and facilitates others in learning new technologies
C Support the supervisor on monthly closing, support team members for solving issues and questions
D. Support the supervisor to work out standard process manual book, in order to enhance the knowledge retention, and build up a more effective backup system. Good ability to document, train and transfer knowledge in order to support supervisor to build capacity and capability in the team
E. Passionate about customer service and strong communication/ organization skills, achieve goal for customer satisfaction.
F. Drive continuous improvement in Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable function and follow roadmap to set up individuals' goals accordingly to strategy
G. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

I. Sales &AR reconciliation with customers, perform sales VAT reconciliation and VAT/Tax filling and Sales & AR Recon
J. Perform Collection communication with 3rd party customer & IC customer against forecast AR amount.
K. Preparing export documents (Issuing invoice, LC collection etc.).
L. Monitoring bank balance and managing banking tasks.
M. Perform BS account reconciliation as assigned.
N. Co-work with ISSC /Corporate treasury team for Hedging &FX deal.
O. Non-PO review & Input VAT verification, reconciliation - Pyungtek & Corp. Ledger
P. Employee expense report review and approval as finance approver-Pyungtek & Corp. Ledger"

Qualifications:

University graduates or higher
Min 3 years

"Above 3 year experience in an accounting background

Skills:

Sense of initiative spirits
Presentation skills is a plus
Good Communication skills both in English and Korean
Advanced Microsoft excel
Accounts Payable Process Knowledge is preferred
Working knowledge of Oracle Financials preferred
Treasury and Accounting knowledge as an advantage"
