What you'll do:
As part of our roadmap for this year, we are initiating the ServiceNow HRSD - Onboarding project.
This role will be responsible for:
Providing hands on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, especially onboarding workflows and configuration
Driving adoption and effective use of AI capabilities within ServiceNow
Working closely with multiple cross functional teams (HR, IT, Service Owners, Product Teams)
Day to day responsibilities and any projects or initiatives that the participant will be assigned - include systems used, teams that the role commonly interacts with, etc.
