What you'll do:

1. Rescreening History Review
o Analyze historical screening data in Blue Umbrella (BU) tools, including Ref Flags (RF) and profile notes.
o Determine whether rescreening is necessary or if parties can be removed from the watchlist.
o Benefit: Helps save/reduce unnecessary rescreening costs by leveraging existing data to make informed decisions.
2. ACAB (LRN) Training Coordination
o Upon receiving data from Palantir, consolidating and harmonizing stakeholder data (internal and third-party) related to watchlisted entities.
o Update contact details and training records in BU to ensure accurate tracking of LRN training completion.
o Follow-up with the third parties pending LRN training to meet compliance requirements.
o Benefit: Keeps watchlisted parties up to date on new ACAB training modules.
3. Watchlisted Rescreening Coordination
o Support the rescreening of 125 watchlisted parties and updating BU records accordingly.
o Coordinate with Atul Dixit and Cara Disheroon to track RF mitigation actions and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Project CUPID Support
o Upon receiving data from Palantir, assisting in identifying active vs. inactive third parties looking at the finance and contact details.
o Update BU records accordingly to reflect current engagement status and ensure data integrity.
o Benefit: Eliminates unnecessary monitoring and rescreening of the third parties that are not active thereby saving costs.
5. Closure of In-Progress Parties
o Investigating third parties which are in-progress and reaching out to requestors for status.
o Confirm no ERP entry for in-progress parties and assisting Cara and Atul to suspend any ERP entries without DD approval.
6. Ad Hoc & Emerging Compliance Needs
o Provide support for any urgent or unforeseen compliance-related tasks that may arise over the next six months.
