Analyst Quality System Data Management

What you'll do:

"This position will be based in Supply chain management Shared service center in Pune. Seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence - Quality function Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team. Reporting directly to the Quality Systems Manager , you will play a vital role in driving data-drive decision-making processes and supporting the organizations digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager to develop, implement, and refine digitalization strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making.
• Work along with Opex manager and develop solutions and applications to digitalize the current manual process contributing to improving efficiency and productivity
• Designs and Develops impactful dashboards, reports and visualizations using Microsoft 365 digital tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.) to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders across the organization. These dashboards should be of a high visual quality (using standards for spacing, fonts, margins, colour pallet, flow, ordering).
• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

• Experience in business reporting and Automation projects, in Power Platform
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role within a manufacturing or related industry.
• Knowledge of different types of Databases (Relational, Graphic...)
• Strong Data Manipulation skills, working with large datasets, Data Modeling
• Experience within large data environments (Snowflake, OBIEE, etc)
• Prior experience in Costverse will be preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization
• Technical skills in DAX, SQL, Python, or R are advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Good Presentation and Project Management skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to deal with huge complexity.
• Prior experience in a global organization and knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Willingness to take on challenges.
• Travel may be required but less than 10% of the time.
