As a Technology Analyst in our EDGE Program, you'll work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and build the skills needed to launch a successful technology career.
About the EDGE Program
The EDGE Program is an 18-month rotational development program, starting in the summer of 2027, designed for recent graduates looking to accelerate their careers in technology.
Participants will:
- Complete structured rotations across DTCC technology teams
- Gain hands-on experience delivering business-critical solutions
- Participate in technical and professional development training
- Build relationships through networking and mentorship opportunities
- Receive coaching and support from dedicated managers
- Explore long-term career opportunities within DTCC upon program completion

What You'll Do
- Analyze business and technology requirements
- Design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions
- Support application, infrastructure, and cloud-based platforms
- Assist with coding, automation, and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
- Learn how DTCC's technology supports global financial market infrastructure
- Contribute innovative ideas that improve processes and user experiences
Qualifications
Required
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Major in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Business & Technology Management, Or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
Preferred
- Internship, project, or leadership experience
- Interest in financial services and technology
- Exposure to programming languages, cloud technologies, data platforms, or infrastructure concepts

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
