The Impact you will have in this role:

Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level IT roles across:
    • Cloud Engineering & Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Software Engineering (backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, data engineering)
    • Cybersecurity (security engineers, analysts, GRC, IAM, SecOps)
    • Digital & Emerging Technologies (AI/ML, DevOps, automation, digital product)
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search, social sourcing, talent intelligence, and pipeline building.

Business Partnership & Talent Strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent availability, market competitiveness, and hiring best practices.
  • Develop strategic hiring plans aligned to business objectives, capacity planning, and future skills needs.
  • Conduct intake sessions to define success profiles, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.


Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience through consistent communication, preparation, and feedback.
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.


Process Excellence & Data-Driven Recruiting

  • Leverage ATS and data analytics to track performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
  • Champion recruiting process improvements to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.


Market & Technology Expertise

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in Cloud, Engineering, Security, and Digital fields to effectively evaluate candidate capabilities.
  • Understand modern tech stack terminology (microservices, CI/CD, containerization, automation, cloud-native tools, etc.).
  • Maintain competitive intelligence regarding compensation, skill demand, industry shifts, and rival hiring practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring across Cloud, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Digital Technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of modern technologies, engineering frameworks, and cloud architecture concepts.
  • Experience recruiting for highly specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Skilled in strategic sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche boards, etc.).
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, technical stakeholders, and HR partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and agile environment.


Talents Needed for Success:

  • Experience in enterprise-scale or high-growth technology organizations.
  • Certifications in talent acquisition (AIRS, SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) are a plus.
  • Understanding of inclusive recruiting methods.
  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools and market analytics platforms.


The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
