The Impact You Will Have in This Role

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a steward of DTCC's greatest asset-our people. You will play a key role in the continued growth and success of DTCC by finding exceptional technology talent. The IT Sourcer partners closely with Talent Advisors and hiring managers to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates for IT and technical roles. You will facilitate the intersection of talent meeting opportunity, connecting candidates and hiring managers, and championing diversity and innovation in technology hiring.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of the business, research technology talent market conditions, and develop effective sourcing strategies for IT roles (software engineering, cybersecurity, AI, blockchain, cloud, data, etc.)
  • Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research, ongoing relationship management, and engagement with technical communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, meetups, alumni networks)
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized platforms for technical talent
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring teams to calibrate profiles, refine search criteria, and provide market intelligence on talent availability and trends
  • Present qualified candidates who meet both technical requirements and alignment with organizational values
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by embracing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top diverse technical talent
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines
  • Represent DTCC at external conferences, recruitment events, and in online communities to build brand awareness and talent pipelines
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience focused on IT/technical roles in agency and/or corporate settings
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or related field
  • Demonstrated success sourcing for roles such as (software engineering, cybersecurity, AI, blockchain, cloud, data, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools (GitHub, Stack Overflow, meetups, alumni networks)
  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Recruiting, Greenhouse, etc.)
  • Excellent sourcing strategy and research skills to produce target prospects and build robust pipelines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot between multiple technical domains
  • Strong consulting, communication, and organizational skills; ability to influence and educate stakeholders
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all sourcing activities

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
