The Impact you will have in this role:
As members of the Talent Acquisition department, we are stewards of DTCC's greatest asset - our people. You will play a key role in the continued growth and success of DTCC; by finding exceptional talent. The Sourcer will partner closely with the Talent Advisors to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates. Being a member of the Talent Acquisition Team means you will be a part of a collaborative and professional team. You will facilitate the intersection of talent meeting opportunity; connecting candidates and hiring managers. We are a team, and together we achieve great things.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of the business, research talent market conditions and effectively develop sourcing strategies to facilitate the recruitment process
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders by using talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence them on how to identify and acquire the best talent
- Knowledge of current market conditions and influencers, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers and ability to embrace digital tools and technology to enhance your sourcing efforts, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within while also identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
- Be a champion for diversity and inclusion. Embrace innovative sourcing strategies that will identify and attract top diverse talent.
- Constantly generating pipeline, while being closely aligned with Recruiters and business stakeholders
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Sourcing experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 5+ years of sourcing experience within a agency and corporate setting
- Experience sourcing for Product, Marketing, Client Services and Operations roles
- Excellent sourcing strategy and research skills to produce target prospects
- Strong proficiency in Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and digital tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
