The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact you will have in this role:

The Director of Sales manages a team of strong-performing Sales Executives and focuses on the expansion of DTCC Solutions services. The incumbent plays a key role in strengthening DTCC's position in the assigned Country and/or Region as one of the world's leading providers of post trade services to the financial services industry.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Increase revenues and client base through strategic management of sales territory
  • Execute new contracts and secure revenue for designated DTCC Solutions products against the sales plan
  • Act as the voice of the client by anticipating and communicating client preferences, needs, expectations , concerns, , and issues and introducing new initiatives and tailoring solutions to fit the client
  • Develop business and potential opportunities. Proactively work towards discovering new ways to maintain, develop and upsell existing accounts, maximizing potential for revenue generation and ensuring continuous exposure to the full range of products
  • Strategically collaborate with business partners to develop pre-launch and campaign strategies for new products and product enhancement opportunities
  • Play an active role in the development and evolution of new and existing DTCC Solutions products
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners to determine potential customers for new and existing products
  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Executives
  • Attend sales calls/meetings and provide reports
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Outstanding Relationship building and collaboration skills including proven ability to forge strategic relationships within the customer's organization to ensure revenue objectives are achieved

  • Exceptional business and delivery focus and excellent decision making skills and proven ability to work independently and set own specific agenda that encompasses wider business strategy
  • Ability to work within a flexible and ambitious team with a creative approach to problem solving; develops solutions to complex problems
  • Understanding of financial markets, product development, sales and marketing and strong knowledge of Securities and Derivatives industries
