The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The impact you will have in this role:
The Research & Innovation Program Manager - Senior Associate will be responsible for leading the orchestration of initiatives to drive the comprehensive adoption of emerging technologies across DTCC. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful oversight and delivery of projects within the TRI portfolio. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to engage both executive and technical audiences. The candidate must also demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude and be a team player with the ability to push for target dates, while being empathetic to challenges and obstacles and be the team's voice in raising and mitigating risks with the help of senior management. In addition, the Senior Associate must be open to new and modern approaches to delivery, including agile Program Increment planning processes.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Enablement: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies, promoting a culture that embraces change and technological advancement
- Project Portfolio Reporting: Track the entire innovation portfolio, resource allocation, budget, progress tracking and reporting. Maintain a clear view of the innovation pipeline and help drive data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, strategy, product teams, and external partners, to foster a culture of innovation and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Adoption and Training: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote awareness of the innovation portfolio's goals, progress, and outcomes Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on the innovation framework, methodologies, and best practices to help drive innovation from within DTCC
- Performance Measurement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of innovation projects. Regularly monitor and report on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a learning environment, promoting experimentation, and implementing best practices for innovation management
- Content and Communication: Develop clear and engaging content to communicate the benefits and applications of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Expertise in managing Agile projects using Jira.
- Experience collaborating with globally dispersed project teams.
- Experience managing and delivering projects using AI and emerging technology (i.e., Digital Assets, Blockchain, etc.) is preferred.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Serves as a dedicated technology resource for advancing DTCC's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technology.
