The impact you will have in this role:

This role directs, supervises and assists in execution of product adoption and optimization of CTM and ALERT and related products. Requires keen analytical and communication skills to listen to clients, and provide information about adopting recommended best practices. The candidate must be proficient working with clients, investigating and reporting back on any problems raised and setting expectations about resolution. The position entails leading multiple internal stakeholder meetings and representing the Company and assigned Department in various industry led forums on projects and new initiatives. The role also facilitates and leads external working groups composed of major industry participants that help advise on requirements and design options. The job will have production support responsibilities.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Highly motivated, results oriented, client facing professional required to manage and execute on Product Optimization and Adoption initiatives.
  • Track activity and report progress to the Product Optimization and Adoption lead and business to deliver on the specific initiatives prioritized and budgeted for.
  • Collaborate with Product Optimization and Adoption peers globally to ensure best practice and core principals are understood, adopted and implemented in regional initiatives. Collaborates with client support teams and technology partners (both Application Development and Enterprise Infrastrucuture) on delivering new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Facilitates and leads external working groups and other relevant subject matter working groups including advisory councils.
  • Manages achievement of project deliverables and includes coordinating efforts of a variety of functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time within a quality framework. Identifies potential risks to achieving project objectives and elevates to appropriate management.
  • Expected to be SME in many areas of Product, including regulatory and industry related projects and, where required, to attend meetings with clients to help with product area of expertise.
  • Assists in product training efforts for all touch-points to both internal and external customers, inclusive of documentation, publications, E Training tools, FAQ's .
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Strong client and relationship management skills

Clearing & Securities Services group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC's portfolio of core securities business, including Institutional Trade processing and First Line Resilience and Control to facilitate better end-to-end planning and prioritization as well as enable more coordinated and seamless delivery of capabilities and services for our clients.
